Hi Haron,
You said ... :
"Now I prepare for an exit 3 sets RedBox
RB72023 German Sea Battalion 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)
RB72024 German East Asia Brigade 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)
RB72025 French Sailors 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)."
... When will these come to America? I hope these will be new technology. The Russian Infantry & Sailors and Japanese Army are in America now. I can now buy. But, when will the Germans and French arrive in America? Very excited to buy them also!
Your Chinese Boxers need someone to fight with passion. Orion Boxers best Asian 1/72 ever !!! :-)
Thank you!
Hi Dave!
In January or in the beginning of February they will be in the USA. Now I do on them boxes. Sprues already is.
Regards
Haron
Thank you, thank you!
My Japanese wife and I were discussing the Boxer Rebellion tonight and I'm really excited to get the all new sets. My favorite seller has some excellent scans of the Russian Inf and Sailors and Japanese Inf on his site and I can't wait to get them and put them on the walls of my Peking forts.
So much "Thank You" for keeping up the great hard works to you and the RedBox Friends ... :-)
Hi again Haron!
Maybe I should not ask, but is it possible to see pictures of the sprews for the 2 German sets?
RB72023 German Sea Battalion 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)
RB72024 German East Asia Brigade 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)
I have already seen the French Sailor sprew, and they look great.
Thank you
I did not scan them. Can after holidays. Germans have turned out not worse franch seamen. Still to me said that after holidays will bring still test-shots on 5 future sets. They are French and English.
Great! Any time is OK to scan. After the Holidays we will have some new pictures to enjoy. Please relax the rest of your Holidays, and stay healthy and safe. :-)
Hi Haron!
I hope the Holidays were good to you. I will keep my eyes on your forum this new year for any new scans of Boxer Rebellion sets. Again, anytime OK. I'm making a "British Legation" for Peking, like the Chinese Fort and Peking Cathedral. Same size and simple. It will have a small "Fort Halliday" (actually a barricade to protect Legation door) and a Chinese Tower for rockets, like the movie. This should be a fun year for Boxer Rebellion. When new sets are sold, I will post pictures.
Take care and talk later! :-)
Hi Dave! I knew that RedBox now tests and stops to do 8 sets on this theme. The French seamen are already made and it is necessary to make a box. Now do Germans. Among almost ready sets there are French, British and Italians. I think that till the autumn they completely will make all theme.
Regards
Haron
Thank you, thank you to Haron for the exciting news update. Have a great weekend! Talk later :-)
Dear Haron,
Wow! These new sets of Boxer Rebellion Allies look really nice. I've been waiting for the French Sailors for my Pei T'ang Cathedral. I also finished a Chinese Rocket Tower conversion (like in the movie 55 Days in Peking - ficticious Tower I think). When I get all together, I'll post a couple of pictures, if OK?
With kindest regards - Dave H.
Dear Haron,
Thank you for the update! The new moulding/casting is really nice. I bought extras of the latest sets and very much look forward to the new sets coming out. In fact, I like the French Sailors so much, I have a sprew that just sits on my desk to pick up and look at the interesting poses and details. These are real winners.
Kindest regards - Dave
Hi Dave!
Within the next few days they announce two more sets.
RB72026 French Marines 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)
RB72027 French Infantry 1900 (Boxer Rebellion)
these figures look promising ,I hope they will be much better then other sets of RED BOX
Sprues are added.
Hi Haron!
The new French Infantry set shows French Zouaves in Foreign Service Pith Helmets included with Legion in Capotes and Infantry in Tunics. I think they look great. This will be a very versatile set for Indo-Chine (Tonkin) Campaigns + Boxer Rebellion. Nice surprise! I also love the French Marines with blanket rolls. All well-sculpted and handsome soldiers. I'm very excited to be able to buy these. Thank you for posting informations.
My compliments to you and the RedBox Team for great new works - Dave
